Michael Scholz spent his childhood and teenage years in South Florida’s Key Biscayne, giving him a life-long love of sun and sea.  He was full of confidence and held a passion for life that infused all he did. 

Those close to Michael Scholz typically describe him as an outdoorsman, easygoing, generous and loyal.  He had a dedication to teaching and inspiring others and was an advocate of South Florida’s beauty.  No matter how far he  traveled or what he saw, Michael always loved most the tropical uniqueness of his Florida home environment.  

Michael’s sudden and tragic death occurred in an automobile accident while vacationing in the Caribbean.  Michael’s three decades, spirited and intense, were too short.  Michael had the capacity to light up the lives of everyone in his world.  When he passed away, those lights dimmed but they refused to go out.  Michael’s life as a devoted son, brother and uncle, as a successful and talented chiropractor, and as a generous and loyal friend, will never be forgotten.

The Michael Scholz Memorial Charitable Fund was established by Michael’s family and friends to honor his memory and his winning and giving spirit.  The Board of Directors dedicates itself to supporting worthy causes that give back to children and communities, embracing the vision and spirit of Michael Scholz.  He touched people’s lives with his magic and the Michael Scholz Memorial Charitable Fund will continue to do this for him.
